Field Trip Coordinators Needed

 

Registration is not available for a field trip or seminar  until we have a coordinator.

 

Home Education Resources  is always looking for field trip and seminar coordinators  in all parts of Georgia to offer field trips state-wide. The  coordinator responsibilities are listed below, but  primarily a coordinator needs only to meet the group at the field trip, check off those who've registered from a list we provide, and then enjoy the show or trip!  In most cases, H.E.R. will pay for your admission to the venue,  and possibly your family  also.

 

 Coordinator's duties are:

 

· Review the venue’s website, the directions on how to get there, and serve as a point of contact for Home School families on the day of the trip  (should they be running late or get lost).

 

· Help us spread the word of the field trip and point them to the H.E.R. webpage to register.

 

· Meet the registrants at the  designated meeting place (front gate, box office, inside the venue, etc.) prior to the beginning of the show or field trip

 

· Check off  the registrants from a list we’ll provide, and return that list to H.E.R.

 

· Enjoy your field trip!

 

H.E.R. responsibilities  are:

 

· Contact the venue to  reserve the date/time/payment arrangements.

 

· Post this information on  our  website  and announce the field trip to other HomeSchool groups.

 

· Collect any money and prepay the vendor. 

 

· Send a registration  list to the coordinator. 

 

· Pay  the coordinator's ticket (and family members, depending on the venue).
