I agree that Home Education Resources (hereinafter referred to as H.E.R.), including its affiliates, successors, licensees, and assigns, may use and re-use, publish and re-publish my likeness/the likeness of my child(ren). Use of my name or likeness, or the likeness/name of my child(ren) for editorial, commercial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose may be done in any media now existing or subsequently developed, worldwide in perpetuity for H.E.R. or in any editorial, commercial, or trade product, or in advertisements or promotions for products bearing a H.E.R. trademark, without compensation. H.E.R. will neither release nor sell my likeness to a third party for any other use than as set forth above. I waive my right to inspect or approve any editorial text or copy that is used in connection with my name or likeness and release and discharge H.E.R. from any and all claims arising out of use of my name or likeness for the purposes described above, including any claims for libel, invasion of privacy or other tortuous act. I have read the foregoing and I fully understand its contents and confirm my agreement for myself, my child(ren), and any invited guests.
