National Geographic Geography Bee |
|
The National Geographic Bee, an educational program of the National Geographic Society, is a nationwide geography competition for students in grades four through eight who are not over the age of 15 by the time of the national level competition. Each year Home Education Resources, Inc. holds a nationally-qualifying National Geographic Bee in Metro Atlanta for HomeSchool students . The fair date will be November 29th. Please click on the link below to find resources and to register for the H.E.R. 2007-2008 National Geographic Bee. Details will then be sent to registrants via email.

National Vocabulary Challenge |
|
Take the online national qualifying exam. Top scorers will advance to a regional in-person exam from which the top 42 scorers will be flown to Los Angeles in 2008 to compete in the NVC Finals for $40,000 toward college tuition and the title of National Vocabulary Champion.
